Born and raised in Virginia, I attended the College of William and Mary. I relocated to the Bay Area and have been living in Mill Valley ever since.
I am a Certified Coach from New Ventures West, an international coaching institute. I focus on helping individuals in tough transitions, as well as adults with ADHD, and neurodiverse couples.
Having worked as an Account Executive for a global insurance broker, I understand the pressures of the corporate world. I am also a mother of three and have been married almost 30 years. I recognize the difficulties and joys that come with parenting, marriage and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative. I partner with my clients to create structure and accountability around their issues. In my work with neurodiverse couples, I help them to better understand each others’ differences and then guide them to create a common language of connection. In my work with adults with ADHD, I help them play to their strengths, work around their weaknesses and show them that they are not broken. In my work with those going through a significant life transition, I emphasize the natural progression of change and how to make such a transition into an opportunity for growth.
My ultimate goal is to help my clients gain clarity, establish boundaries, and take action to live a more empowered life.
If you're interested in working with me, send me a message. It would be my honor to walk beside you in this journey!
Here's how I can help you:
“You don’t have to be great to get started but you have to get started to be great.”
