During a tough transition, it's important to gain self awareness and insight to help move forward. I offer private sessions to take a deep dive into all aspects of your issue. This will help build self awareness, inspire and motivate. Together, we will create an action plan to help you achieve your goals.

ADHD & Neuro-diverse Couples

I work with Silicon Valley Therapy (SVT) to provide therapeutic coaching. My primary focus is on coaching individuals with ADHD and neurodiverse couples. We create a partnership where we work on tapping into your needs to fully harness your strengths. Together, we work around your challenges so you can live a healthier lifestyle.

How It Works

What is coaching?

Coaching is a straightforward method that can create amazing results. Coaching is a collaborative approach that creates structure and accountability around an issue you are dealing with. With my coaching program, we will develop a relationship of encouragement and growth by challenging assumptions and driving results. 

What does your coaching involve?

- A deep dive into all aspects of your issue.

- Regular meetings to dissect your issue and create steps to take in moving forward.

- A safe and confidential environment throughout the entire process.

I'll arrange a 20 - 30 minute phone call to get to know you. Here's what we'll cover:

  • Discuss your issue and what you would like to achieve through coaching

  • Some ideas on how I would approach your challenges

  • Details on how coaching with me would work

  • I'll share sample assignments and resources I would direct you towards

1:1 Sessions

60 minute sessions twice a month.

All sessions are remote. These will be held on Google Meetups, Zoom, or Facetime. I will send follow up emails after each session with an action plan. Please make sure you are in a quiet place with limited distractions. Have your laptop ready with headphones and a notepad to keep notes.

Action Plan

Together, we develop an action plan to help you achieve your goals. This is a simple, concrete plan that will keep you accountable and give you the right "push" you need to start.

Our sessions are focused on forward planning and accountability. I am here to help you strategize ways to move forward, establish direction, and feel more motivated to take those next steps.

Resources

Between our meetings, I will provide you with assignments and offer resources to deepen your growth and momentum.

It's important to get in the habit of using the resources around you. This includes books, podcasts, blogs, articles, and more.

Length of program: 6 months

On our 6-month journey together, I'll serve as your brainstorming partner as we strategize and implement an action plan to get you back on track. This is a valuable time for you to stay accountable, gain direction, and make sure you are getting the results you need.

If you need extra support after the program, I have monthly catch up sessions available for you to book.
