What is coaching?
Coaching is a straightforward method that can create amazing results. It's a collaborative approach that creates structure and accountability around an issue you are dealing with. With my coaching program, we will develop a relationship of encouragement and growth by challenging assumptions and driving results.
How does it work?
We start with a quick phone call so I can learn more about you. From there, I put together a 6 month plan to drive you towards your goals. We'll meet twice a month over the phone to discuss your progress. In between sessions, I'll provide you with additional resources. I'm here to keep you accountable so you can achieve your goals in 6 months or less.
Having worked as an Account Executive for a global insurance broker, I understand the pressures of the corporate world. I am also a mother of three and recognize the difficulties that come with parenting, marriage and life transitions.
As a life coach, my approach is collaborative. I partner with my clients to create structure and accountability around their issues. My ultimate goal is to help my clients gain clarity, establish boundaries, and take action to live a more empowered life.
